It happened just before 3 a.m., authorities said.
The driver was headed north on North Hollander Road near the intersection with Yost Road when they lost control of their Nissan sedan and entered the southbound lane, troopers said.
The driver, who police did not identify, was pronounced dead at the scene. The bus driver was unharmed, they added.
The crash remains under investigation.
